In collaboration with iHeartRadio and State Farm, Atlas Creative took on the challenge of creating a virtual music tycoon that pushed the boundaries of what was possible within the Fortnite platform. The experience was built using Fortnite’s Creative toolset, with Atlas conscientiously crafting scenes tied to Coldplay’s new album ‘Moon Music’. This level of visual fidelity required us to work deeply with lighting, environments, and interactions to make sure the world felt true to their artistic vision while still delivering the excitement Fortnite players expect.
iHeartRadio saw this as an opportunity to innovate, finding new ways to connect their artists with fans in virtual spaces. The flexibility of the virtual world also allowed for more creative freedom and a faster production timeline compared to a traditional concert tour.
